As a lover and supporter of Music, I found this part of the giveaway a learning experience, fun and a way to meet all you wonderful people that participated in this contest, plus this made me very happy.  For many of the songs/ artists I did not know, I took joy in searching the artists and music you have as your favorites. Now I am thinking of creating a playlist of the songs and sharing it with all my viewers.  I had so much fun with my first giveaway, I am looking forward to my next one!

Its Just Another Mani Monday AND It’s Mi’Kmaq Treaty Day

Today is Monday, and is “Its Just Another Mani Monday”

Today’s nail look is colorful and dazzling, kind of celebrating Mi’Kmaq Treaty Day, and my most favored Holiday, Halloween. The credit of the design of this look and is my most favorite Nail Gal on YouTube CutePolish    I hope you enjoy. Below the photo gallery is the list of polishes I used to make this great look.

PRODUCTS USED:

First: O.P.I Rodge Filler as the Base Coat

Second: The Nail Lacquer/ Nail Polishes, O.P.I: Alpine Snow, Black Onyx, Big Apple Red and the small bottle has no name, it came in a trial pack. sorry.  China Glaze: Purple Panic and Gaga for Green.  For the Sparkle: Milani Jewel FX 530 Gems and for the fine Black tiger stripes I used Rite Stripe Nail Art.

Third: Top things off with Seche Vite – fast dry top coat, then Sally Hansen Mega Shine

It’s Just Another Mani Monday

I have been traveling all over the country for comedy gigs and since coming back from Banff I felt this look is magically and inspiring to me.

This week’s look is inspired by fall dark colors. This look is black but with sparkle fragments in the Incoco Nail Applique – Black Diamonds. Website for Incoco  Where I buy all my Nail Applique’s.  I have and use the Sally Hansen nail applique’s, but I do find them very difficult to apply, and it take double the time to use verses the Incoco.

As a Canadian Comedy and TV host, I travel a lot and I do find myself in the public eye a lot.  I like to look good and feel good at the same time.  Plus I love make up and pretty things, so I created my own YouTube Channel to share with everyone things I love, my outfits, what I am reading, and many other videos…. you even catch me ranting.   My Manager has crated another YouTube channel of My comedy and TV which is Candy Comedy YouTube Channel   where she posts a handful of my stand up comedy and so far the first of my 3 Seasons of The Candy Show.

It”s Just Another Mani Monday

Good Monday Morning,

I just got back from performing in Banff, had a fantastic time and the audience was dynamite as usual.  Performing at the Banff Centre of The Arts was very inspiring both, as a writer and performer.  I  am thinking I might make it a  place to venture to each year to  write and keep  inspired, perhaps reside there for a couple weeks at a time.  What a trip,  I certainly  am more inspired creatively.  Fun time.

Its Just Another Mani Monday look today is inspired by fall colors, reds family, and my favorite time of the year.  I hope you like, I hope you feel inspired too!

Up coming Comedy shows for September

Candy will be heading to Banff tomorrow morning to headline a Comedy show at the Kinnear Centre, then the following week she will be in Saskatchewan headlining a comedy show for Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations.  ( please visit the calendar to view dates and details).

Recent shows/ events

Candy was in Quebec, Ontario, Cape Breton, Havre Boucher, and Halifax for various comedy shows, Celebrity yard sales, fundraisers, and festivals.  We have compiled a photo Gallery of all the places Candy has been in the past handful of weeks.
