Hello friends,

It has been a long time since we posted, yes, but that means Candy is working hard on many projects.  TV shows – catch her on CTV’s The Social regularly for starters.

Candy’s first memoir is in the editing stages…. stay tuned for the drop date.

Speaking and comedy events are constantly taking place and many more events and acting projects are securing footholds as you read this.

It has been a long time since our last posting, but, thank you for sticking with us.  A change will be coming to all social media and website soon, but please, stick with us. More postings will be announced to keep you updated on everything happening with Candy Palmater.

First, Comedy shows coming. One September 14th TaDa! Festival in Wakefield, Quebec and the other will be at Seneca College on November 7th, 2019.  Rare comedy shows for Candy outside the corporate comedy world, these two will be open to the public for ticket sales.   Ta Da Festival http://www.tadafestival.ca/

Candy is currently working hard to complete edited draft of her script for her first book with Harper Collins, set to drop spring 2020,. Stay tuned for release date.

Candy continues to travel the country speaking to corporations, educational sectors and other clients. Soon she will be back at Seneca College for a new lecture series in early 2020.

Hubcap Comedy Festival – HOST Candy Palmater

Hello everyone, Quick NOTE:

Hoping you had a marvelous and safe holiday season and great beginning to the 2017 year.  So many exiting projects in the works for Candy Palmater this new year, and still a few we simply are not allowed to let out of the secret bag yet. One will be coming your way in just a few short weeks.  For now we are pleased to announce Candy can be seen LIVE for a public performance at the Moncton Hubcap Comedy Festival where she will be hosting the Gala night on February 9th, 2017.  Get your tickets fast before they are gone. Candy performs for Corporate functions so it is a rare sighting to have her perform public shows. Hope you can come for some great laughs with Candy and the other wonderful comedians on what will be a glorious night of entertainment.

Canadian Award winning National TV Show – Arts, Music, Comedy

Happy Friday and Saturday everyone: Some of you will get the notification the day after I post this. Exciting NEW episode of The Candy Show comes to your TV set on Tuesday March 3rd, 2015 on APTN and APTN HD Channels. 9:30PM EST/ 10:30PM AST – be sure to tune in 30 minutes earlier to catch last week’s episode, just before this one airs.

In this episode, titled “Dirty Laundry”, Candy Palmater performs standup comedy for 10 minutes off the top. Then it’s East Coast and West Coast of Canadian music at it’s best. Inez Jasper of British Columbia will have you off your butts dancing, and Charlie A’Court, Blues master extraordinaire, in Germany they call him Charlie Hasselhoff…..anyway, will rock the stage with his incredible band of Kev Corbett on Base and David Skinner on drums. Don;t miss this episode. Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to shake your booty with these two amazing award winning Guests.

THE CANDY SHOW

This week on The Candy Show, another new episode of Season 5, Candy will dance some flamenco with the incomparable Maria Osende of Halifax. Flamenco dancer extraordinaire. We hear the tunes of Aboriginal singer/song writer Tracy Bone and of course we always begin our episode with the hilarious comedy of Candy Palmater. TUESDAY FEBRUARY 24th, 2015 9:30PM EST on APTN and APTN HD Channels and this episode will repeat the following week, but 30 minutes earlier, along with another new episode – for one hour of pure Canadian Entertainment.   The Candy Show was created/ written/ Hosted by Executive Producer Candy Palmater and was filmed in front of a live studio audience in Halifax, NS.

This Tuesday February 3rd, 2015 Catch a NEW episode of The Candy Show, National variety television series that promotes Canadian Arts, Entertainment, Music and Comedy, airs 9:30PM EST on APTN (Aboriginal Peoples Television Network).

This Tuesday Episode: Hip Hop Artist Red Suga, Duo Pole Artists/ Performers from Studio Essence in Halifax, and of course, the Host/ Writer/ Creator of The Candy Show, Comedy Diva  – Candy Palmater stand up comedian will bring you a comedic monologue off the top of the episode.

We are well on our way to week two of filming the hit National variety TV series, The Candy Show, in Halifax.   The nights are all SOLD out and we are only accepting waiting list requests at this point, to be in the studio audience.  The incredible line up of guests plus the funniest woman comedian we have right now in the country, Candy Palmater, together make great TV.  The Season filming now will air early 2015 some time.  The network is far from announcing the launch date.  However, be sure to watch Season 4 on TV every Wednesday night on APTN and APTN HD channels.
